Bedrooms & Suites
The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites. The master king bed suite is located on the main floor (separate from the living areas), the other suite, with a queen bed, on the lower level. Bedroom suites also feature private sitting areas and private entrances to outside. There are 3 additional bedrooms on the second floor, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and the third with 2 bunk beds and an additional twin, great for kids.
Sitting Rooms
There are two large sitting and entertainment areas in the house. The sunroom carries in glorious views of the valley, pasture and barn, bathing the house in sparkling light. The four-season sunroom comes fully air conditioned and heated. There are sliding windows to open the room to the fresh country air. The main sitting room is located just off the sunroom and game room entrance. This room features an open concept with a large sofa and flatscreen TV and a separate seating area around the fireplace.
Cooking & Dining
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, butcher block island and custom cabinetry fully stocked with dishes and flatware for your cooking and dining needs. There is an eat-in kitchen and a main dining area. The main dining room/conference room is located off the kitchen with a large custom made table that seats 14 people.
Bathrooms & Laundry
Our guesthouse offers 2.5 bathrooms located among each level of the house. For your convenience we also offer a laundry area with washer and dryer on the main floor.
